The redevelopment of the Pacific Fair shopping centre added 50,000m2 to the centre to take it to 155,000m2, making it the fourth-largest in Australia. It provided 120 new specialty stores including a new David Jones store an enlarged and relocated Target, a relocated Coles and a new Woolworths and Big W. The expansion included an outdoor leisure and entertainment precinct.
Havendeen Roofing were engaged on the Project to undertake the roof sheeting and wall cladding works.
