Havendeen Projects
Established in 2016, Havendeen Projects has excelled in crafting bold new builds and overseeing significant renovations throughout the Gold Coast for both themselves and clients. Havendeen is under the dedicated ownership of Rob and Tui McKinnon, who have brought their profound experience and intrigue with real estate, building, architecture, and design to life through Havendeen Projects.
The McKinnons are a force; with equal parts ambition and passion, key ingredients in achieving their ultimate goal: to be the builder of choice gaining repetitive and referred clientele with revered operations and trusted relationships.
Your vision our mission
Drawing upon his extensive industry experience as a qualified carpenter and the acquisition of a prominent commercial roofing business in 2010, Rob McKinnon, the Director of Havendeen has a solid foundation in orchestrating a professional construction enterprise.
Design is largely intuitive for Tui, whose natural instinct saw her make the move from a successful career in the corporate world, to design lead for Havendeens own projects. Tui’s extensive product knowledge and eye for detail ensures the standards expected for her own properties are mirrored in those of clients.
