Jewel is an iconic beachfront development located on the Gold Coast which has three podium levels, 512 apartments within a multi-use 169 room hotel, serviced apartments, residential and retail destination resort precinct.
Havendeen Roofing were engaged on the Project to complete the supply and installation of welded stainless steel box gutters to three tower perimeters and the podium levels. Working around a congested site, incorporating night shifts and stop-start type installation due to other works, we were able to complete this project successfully.
