Project Overviewx
Coomera Shopping Centre was Scentre Group’s first greenfield development and was completed in 2018. The Project delivered 59,000m2 of indoor-outdoor retail and leisure space, which includes 150 specialty stores and seven major tenancies.
Havendeen Roofing were engaged on the Project to undertake the roofing, wall cladding, skylight and roof safety work packages. Through Havendeen’s strong working relationship with Scentre Group, we were able to assist during the Project and undertake numerous additional works. These included the supply and installation of louvres across the Project, custom designed sun shades and screens, insulated wall panels and other miscellaneous metal works.
