In 2018, Havendeen transformed an old, tired 4,200m2 car yard into a 1,500m2 dual tenancy warehouse facility. The new facility included a large undercover loading dock to the rear of the property and 44 car spaces at the front. The build comprised of concrete tilt panels and structural steel. Complexities of this build included working surrounded by existing tenancies, the busy Logan River Road at the front of the site and operating train lines to the rear.
